We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. However, if something isn't to your satisfaction, you'll find our refund policy here:

 

1. Returns within the scope of the right of withdrawal (B2C only)

Consumers have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Details can be found in our cancellation policy.

After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund the full purchase price, including standard shipping costs.

 

2. Returns outside the right of withdrawal

Even after the expiration of the statutory cancellation period, we will consider accommodating returns on a case-by-case basis – especially in the case of:

damaged or defective goods

incorrectly delivered items

incomplete deliveries

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods so we can find a solution together.

3. Refund Process

Refunds are generally made using the same payment method as the original payment.

Processing time is up to 7 business days after receipt and inspection of the return.

In the case of partial returns, only the corresponding value of the goods will be refunded.
